We would like to stay at Cafe Franks. But I haven’t been able to get a reply from my email to them. I talked with the owner when we were there in 07 and she seemed very interested at that time. With my limited german I’m not sure it would do any good to call via phone.  Anyway, a co-worker of Melody’s and her spouse will be with us and traveling in Europe afterwards.
Melody and I are looking forward to seeing those at the last Reunion and some new people too. I’d rather stay at a smaller hotel and spread the wealth around like our President.

In order to give you some assistance, if you want it , we will need to know when did you contact Cafe Frank and how like direct e-mail or tourist info form…. and when you wanted to stay in Rimbach and of course what would be okay if Cafe Frank is booked out?

I’m staying at the Kollmerhoh. It took almost a week to get a confirmation. I did not even try the B-hof.

I’ve never got a response just doing an online reservation at the Kollmerhof site, so I usually follow up with an email to Walter Kollmer. Response is quick.

Did they have a good reason for doing this?  Form the tone of the video somebody is obviously upset.  The same person has another video juxtaposing apparent statements from the city fathers with pictures of healthy looking trees and pathways with only minor root damage.
