Kaipo asked what comes after DIRNSA a while back.  After little thought I realized that no one in the Air Force would realize there in only one step above DIRNSA.  It is Warrant.

I spent 16 years as an Army Warrant and retired CW4. Sorry, I was never treated like I was above DIRNSA.
Though being an Aviation Warrant and there being heaps & gobs of Aviation Warrants around Army Air Fields, it was my understanding that ground Warrants were treated very differently.

I will admit that during flight missions as Pilot-in-Command and having an RLO in the other seat, I could tell them what to do and where to go. LOL

Bout time you got the respect you deserved.
