Media Nearly Silent as ObamaCare Proponents Drop Deficit, Cost Savings Claims

It has now been five days since Politico’s Ben Smith published a powerpoint presentation created by an amalgamation of powerful left wing interest groups, conceding that two of the central arguments for passing ObamaCare - that it will lower the deficit and will reduce health care costs - have failed.

Kaipo,
This article is only strategies for what aspects of the health bill to stress when trying to gain support.  They’re only saying that the arguments to drum up support based on deficit reduction explanations haven’t caught on.  Nowhere does it say that the CBO has withdrawn it’s analysis that he health bill will save money.  The article is all inside the Beltway gibberish about how the benefits of the health bill should be presented.  There is nothing of real substance in the article.  But that doesn’t stop bad faith and dishonest righties from spinning things anyway they think will make Obama look bad - and the facts be damned.
Try again, Kaipo

Let’s look at this fact:
CBO gives us the complete picture of Obamacare - five months too late!

How can any logical person look at a law that increases entitlements so dramatically believe that it will somehow magically make the deficit go down?

More information that the healthcare law will not help over the long haul.

Another reason BOcare will not reduce the deficit is because of the untold numbers of bureaucrats, bureaucracies & regulations it will create. Even now the ‘experts’ have no idea how many that will be.

...Even before a single-payer system could evolve, ObamaCare has the potential to topple from bureaucratic overload. Uncountable unelected and untested bureaucrats will be making life-affecting decisions. At this stage, not even experts who have pored over the 2,000-plus-word law know how many bureaucracies are hidden away in the ObamaCare statute. According to Politico no one can figure out exactly how many new agencies ObamaCare will spawn once it comes into full effect. Congress authorized a “self-perpetuating bureaucracy, one that can expand on its own and make determinations far outside of the boundaries Democrats promised during the ObamaCare debate.”
