We’ve had reunions in Hagerstown, Md., Las Vegas, Nev., and several in Rimbach itself. But come November 2010 we’ll return to where it all started for many Rimbachers: the Defense Language Institute at Monterey, Calif., the weekend of Nov. 5-7, 2010.
The official DLI festivities take place Friday and Saturday, Nov. 5-6, but you’ll be free to come earlier and stay later. The DLI alumni organization will see to it we get a great tour of the Presedio on Friday, and DLI’s anniversary ball takes place that weekend as well, for those who might be interested in attending. Then there’s Monterey and the surrounding area, which as you recall is some of the most beautiful country in the U.S.
